1. Before Event
- Email schools to remind of entry deadlines, competition dates and entry fees
- Book Facilities and officials as needed
- Book minor officials and arrange their schedule as needed
- Create competition schedule and email to participating schools as soon as possible
- Have ribbons and banners available for distribution as needed
2. During Event
- Manage competitions according to sport guidelines
- Keep event on schedule as much as possible
- Deal with any disciplinary issues re: coaches, players and fans
- Communicate significant disciplinary issues to SAC executive to follow up
- Distribute awards if applicable
3. After Event
- Prepare a report to be shared with SAC of event results
- Submit event financial summary sheet to SAC treasurer
- Email event results to all SAC members
- Submit requests for payment of officials
